Vessel On-hire Survey Report
Can anyone recommend where to find a good on-hire and condition survey report template to use as a reference in creating a survey process for a current project. AHTS, Tugs, Barges????

Not AHTS specific though.
I find that the CMID template/guide from IMCA is definitely in depth and a bit of a gold standard in the offshore industry. It is not an On hire survey document but it is done annually and very thorough, modified to include the quantities of consumables, spares, chemicals, lubes, fuels etc. and I think you'd have a good start.
I'll keep looking through the Gigabytes for a copy of past surveys.
